Facebook Behind The Scenes

This post is delayed a little bit because of Adtech and all the partying going on but here it is, i was fortunate enough to get a behind the scenes tour of facebook, the one thing though is that a lot of stuff was off limits so out of respect i didn’t record it, but here is a videos from the tour.

They have the usual perks such as a brand new cafe (which is all taken care of $0) as you saw being built also as many beverages as you like with coolers on all the floors.

The main impression i got though was while Facebook is a chill place to work it seems like a few employees were there for the sole reason of the company to go public so they could cash in their stock options then move on to a new company. Which is a great strategy but it hurts the company in the long run, i can’t say i wouldn’t do the same thing though ;)

    Dude, you could have chopped those videos together in Movie Maker instead of having four clips of 5 seconds each. :)

    Movie maker whats that? I only use Imovie, plus i’m lazy so too bad! hahaha
